We sat down with Lauren Utsch, Owner & Interior Designer with Posh Home to get a sneak peek of what is to come in TimberCreek Building & Designs’ new model here at Viniterra. The first peek and the true gathering spot of the home, the kitchen. Lauren shared with us her inspiration photo which is pictured below. This weathered brick backsplash is absolutely to die for and adds a rustic and cozy vibe to this space. Another great addition to this kitchen is the two tone cabinets. Mixing dark & light colored cabinets is all the rage right now, but we love how Lauren is keeping it classic and timeless with dark wood and white cabinetry. Last but certainly not least – these GORGEOUS light fixtures. This particular plan features a lovely kitchen nook which will showcase the beaded show-stopping chandelier pictured below. As for the kitchen island, we are loving the choice of metal, oil rubbed-bronze pendant lights that will be a huge compliment to the exposed brick.
