After eight years of planning, planting, and building, the New Kent Winery opened in May 2008. New Kent is a 12,000 square-foot winery built with green values that reflects the founders’ deep sense of commitment to the fundamentals of winemaking and their sense of responsibility for carefully preserving the history and culture of Virginia.
