If you’ve ever stopped by the Sales Center at Viniterra, you’ve surely met Holly Russell. Always there with a cheerful greeting, Holly has held down the fort at Viniterra since 2008 after working part time for the Golf Course, and also part time for the Developer. She became full time in Sales with Viniterra Real Estate – Long & Foster – in 2015.
It’s rare to find someone who truly loves their job as much as Holly, who is most thankful for the management team at Viniterra and partners at Long & Foster. Those bonds, along with the great group of people in the community, including the golf course and winery, makes Holly’s job the epitome of fun. As she says herself, “how can you not have fun here?”
Before landing at Viniterra, Holly – a self-proclaimed “military brat” -lived all over the United States. She attended Virginia Tech to earn her undergraduate degree, and VCU for her Masters in marketing. Holly currently resides in downtown Richmond with her two roommates and Great Dane, “Penelope,” as well as her miniature Aussie named “Dragon.” Holly loves the outdoors, including running, hiking playing golf, walking her dogs, and travelling.
Holly says the one thing that surprises people when she tells them about Viniterra is how close it is to downtown Richmond. “We have a great location, only 20 minutes from downtown Richmond and 30 from Williamsburg.” One of her favorite events at Viniterra is the Taste of New Kent wine festival.
When asked what “over the top” luxury feature she would include if she were building a custom home in Viniterra, Holly said “ a doggie mud room with a dog shower and built in beds.” We can’t think of a more perfect answer for this dog-loving Sales Manager at Viniterra!
