A few years ago, Donny and Donna Suits were living the hectic life; Donna owned her own business, and Donny worked at Newport News Shipbuilding. Life was busy, and the peninsula where they resided was fast paced. Then, one day, Donna spotted an advertisement for an enchanting little place called Viniterra, and today they call the New Kent community home.

Donny and Donna looked for over a year before settling on Viniterra. Drawn to its open feeling, and central location, the couple says Viniterra is ultimately “pleasing to the eye.” They especially appreciate its easy access to Richmond and Williamsburg, and considering their love of travel; the nearby airport is a big plus.

Once settling on Viniterra, Holly in the Sales Center walked The Suits through everything, making the entire process easy and painless from start to finish. Now residents, the retired couple enjoys getting to know their neighbors as well as the “easy living” at Viniterra. While similar in size to their former home, their new Viniterra house has more outside living space, which has been fun and also challenging for them; causing them to change their furnishing style to accommodate the larger exterior space.

Still learning the area, The Suits are eager to sample the amenities and acquire new traditions offered in the community. For now, they’re just happy to have chosen a “very nice upscale area with the ability to expand all around.” You can find them visiting with neighbors in the community, enjoying their grandchildren, traveling, or playing golf.

The Suits have two adult daughters: Michelle; married with 2 children, and Rachel, who lives in LA with her puppy.
