Long-time New Kent resident Patrick Horsley has called New Kent home for years, and has lived in Viniterra for the last 5 years.  When he’s not busy selling Viniterra real estate, Patrick, 27, is likely spending time with his wife Kathryn and their beautiful 10-month-old son nicknamed “Cole.”

Patrick says the highlight of his job is working with the developer. “They are one of the best, if not THE best, in the industry. They stand behind the project 100%.” Patrick also appreciates the homes in Viniterra for their unique and original custom features.  “The scale of the homes on the large lots works great.”  

Patrick takes advantage of the various amenities available at Viniterra, specifically the Club at Viniterra. An avid golfer since his grandfather introduced him to the game as a child; Patrick got his first set of clubs when he was 3. Today he “struggles to keep his handicap in the single digits.”  Patrick enjoys playing at The Club at Viniterra “because it is kept up to the highest standard by the golf superintendent, Ryan Dwyer.  It is by far the nicest course in the area.”

Patrick also relishes the privacy and peaceful nature of Viniterra, especially going for runs in the neighborhood.  “Cole falls asleep every time at the half-mile marker.”
