Hooray for the Hopewells!
This past weekend we attended the LiveSouth real estate showcase in Philadelphia, PA. On Sunday, one of our owners, the Hopewells, came and visited us at the show. They were kind enough to stay and chat with potential clients, giving them an “owner’s perspective” about the Viniterra lifestyle, golf course, Winery and the strength of Boddie Noell, the master developer. Did you see interest rates today..???
This morning, I called a lender friend of mine, Debbie Henry (deborah.henry@suntrust.com) to get an update on interest rates. 30 year, conventional fixed rates (under Jumbo) are published at 3.99% and FHA published interest rates are published at 3.75%!! All I can say is, it is a great time to be a buyer!! Send Debbie an email if you have any questions…..

Nice to Meat You:)
This past Saturday we had a cookout to introduce some of our new residents to current residents, local neighbors and out of town Viniterra property owners. Our friends, the Hopewell’s, came all the way from Pennsylvania for the event!! I think that everyone had a great time, with good food, drink and holiday cheer… Looking forward to celebrating again with everyone very soon!!

Welcome to the Neighborhood!!
We want to extend a warm welcome to the Bachtell’s, who moved in to their new home earlier this week! The Bachtells are the first of four families that will be moving in between now and the end of 2011..
