Jimmy Forrest, Director of Real Estate Sales

Originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Jimmy received his B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from East Carolina University. He is a licensed broker in Virginia and North Carolina, is a member of the Williamsburg, Richmond, and National Association of Realtors and has been at Viniterra since initiating the sales program in 2007. Jimmy enjoys golfing, surfing, running and cooking on the grill. He and his wife make their home in the Richmond area.

With more than twenty-three years of experience in the new home industry, Vivian Getting is dedicated to helping you find your new home at Viniterra. Prior to joining the team at Viniterra, Vivian received a degree in Buying and Merchandising, and also owned her own retail boutique in Charlottesville, Virginia. And with extensive experience in designing and building homes, Vivian understands what it takes to make a great homeÑand a great community.

John’s vast experience in Commercial and Residential Sales will undoubtedly assist the Viniterra Team in the coming months and years” says Jimmy Forrest, Director of Sales. John was affiliated with the very successful Vintage Club Development, a 712 acre development with two Tom Fazio golf courses in Indian Wells, California near Palm Springs for over 12 years as well as other Sales activities in Los Angeles, Dallas and formerly the Williamsburg area (1993-1998).

John and his wife Carol are once again happy to be back in Virginia. They have two growndaughters in Dallas and Williamsburg and four grandchildren.

Bob Foster, PGA Director of Golf

Bob Foster played college golf for Adrian College, turned professional in 1986, and became a PGA member in 1991. Bob has over 25 years of golf industry experience including being both a General Manager and Director of Golf, having opened four other golf facilities in the Eastern United States. He is married with two children.

Holly attended Virginia Tech University, and she enjoys being part of such an exciting and unique project as Viniterra. As a ClubCorp employee of more than five years, Holly has experienced various roles and responsibilities in many luxury communities.
